May: Bear Lake

Tyler's dad gave our family the wonderful opportunity of staying in Bear Lake over Memorial Day weekend. I had never been and was pleasantly surprised at what a great trip is was! Bear Lake is BEAUTIFUL and we had a wonderful time! There was hiking and fishing! Grayson learned to cast all on his own and caught a fish all by himself! There was hot-tubing and lake day! Lyla didn't love the water and Nolan got sand in his eyes early on, so 2/5 were a little upset. Grayson loved convincing people to pull him around on the kayak until he learned to paddle himself around! The lake is so so shallow the people had to walk far away before it got deep enough to swim.

May: End of the School Year

May ended TWO different school years for our family! Grayson completed Kindergarten and TYLER FINISHED COLLEGE!
Grayson had lots of fun activities to end the school year and I got to tag along (Thanks to Emily for swapping kids!) We had the rainiest field trip ever!

 

 




I pulled off the surprise of the century and threw Tyler a graduation party! He had no idea, but totally deserved it! We celebrated him with friends, family, food and a pinata! It was so fun! We are so so so so so so so proud of him and his accomplishment! We can't wait to see what our future holds!

 

Our little baby Lyla also turned one! She is such a sweet baby and we love to have her in our home! She isn't walking or talking much yet, but she knows how to get what she wants and where she needs to go! The boys love their baby sister and they are wrapped around her little fingers!

April

April was a very long and busy month! Tyler was busy finishing his LAST set of classes and we took THREE trips to Idaho.
We started with celebrating Easter. I love my little and their excitement!

 

 
Grayson got to have a pajama party at school. He was very excited to wear his race car pajamas and shark slippers! He also go to go into work with Tyler for a short trip. He is such a happy boy!

 

Both boys were cavity free and were paid for brushing their teeth well! Paw Patrol is big favorite right now!

Many of our recent Idaho trips, were me alone with the kids. Tyler usually had work and so much homework that he had to work really hard to even plan on attending my brother's wedding. One trip I came home to find the house clean and The Greatest Showman DVD to watch! I was so excited and it was a nice surprise! I'm sure lucky to have Tyler.

All three trips to Idaho, meant there was lots of fun to be had with my family. We played a lot and enjoyed my brother's wedding.

 

 

 

 

We got a cute family picture at the Idaho Falls Temple. Our family is very happy and blessed to be together forever!
