February 2026

Grayson made the Spring Tennis team and started the month our with a tournament! We are enjoying watching how much he has learned just from the Fall!

My birthday made an appearance and it was a good time!

Nolan had Honor Choir Festival and it's always a treat to watch him sing. They got to party afterward at Main Event.

Nolan must have touched all the things at Main Event because he ran a fever a few days later and missed all the Valentine's Day activities at school. Our PTA did carnation grams. It was a lot of work, but it was a cute and simple fundraiser.

I have four Christmas cactus that I just love. They never bloom at Christmas. This year they all bloomed at the same time!

I got an email for Nolan and Lyla's spring picture preview. I laughed. Out. Loud. Good thing we take our own and have a little more control on our end. They are so cute! Their hair is a MESS!

Almost all of Tyler's siblings came into town for Texas Grandma Marie's Celebration of life. We started with a trip to the Fort Worth Stockyards and games at Cidercade. LOTS of cousin memories were made!

We are quite the mob when we get together! We happened to be watching the herd when the cowboys came in and started rounding them up. It was SUPER cool to watch them do it. Better than the cattle drive on the road.

All 6 of these kiddos were born within 6 months of each other. It's crazy to see how they've grown!

We all gathered again to celebrate Marie.

There are no children in the following pictures. They are doing what children do a Funerals, avoid all the adults while having fun!

We hosted everyone for Sunday dinner and only got one picture. Ender in the most perfect hiding spot. When he looked at Tyler, Tyler was super creeped out. Great spot! Cannot confirm if he won that round or not.

Nolan and Lyla officially have baseball and softball teams for the Spring. They've started practice and we can't wait for games to start!
Until next time...
