Mar 2022

We hit March at a run. Tyler finishes West Liberty Foods on March 6th and started Tyson Foods on March 14th. In the first two weeks of March we bought a new to us commuter for Tyler and started a few home improvement projects to sell the house. We had dinner with friends we will miss a lot! Our friend Sarah had this awesome board made as a going away gift. We love it and it's a great reminder of our friendship with her and her family.

We spent one last fun night as a family at Toad's and Zaxby's.

We dropped Tyler off at the airport and now we are in the long haul before we see him again. His new job came with a great relocation package that will allow him to visit two times and will allow us to fly out to find a house. We will see him all of Spring Break when we visit Texas to find a house. In the mean time it was ALL hands on deck for cleaning and spiffing up this house.

This is how I feel about Tyler leaving, "SOMEBODY SEDATE ME". If you know you know. Tyler has a nice big office and the first thing he did was put up some family pictures. He hit Braums verrrrry quickly when he got there.
Both boys earned a show and tell. They both chose to show off the puppies. The only picture I got was Lyla ready to help with leashes, treats and poopbags. Nolan drew some very fun pictures to match literacy words and Grayson gave a great project on Rattlesnakes.

Mitch and Emily will be 5 hours north of us and Lillie will be 5 hours south of us. Tyler spent one weekend and visited Mitch's family. Their Ender boy is so fun and loving. Tyler has also invested a lot of his off time into fishing, in hopes of missing us a little less.

Nana always gives such cute gifts for the little holidays. These pots of gold we super fun! My mom and Cal Lee came up for part of their spring break and we cleaned like crazy. We got everything picture and show ready.

We got some super nice pictures of the house. And all the cleaning and spiffing up, paid of. After 4 days of showing we had 14 offers. We picked one and are inching our way to closing and moving to Texas. We have loved this home and we will miss it!

Lyla got her very first hair cut and she seems happy with the trim!

It warmed up for a second and all the crazy loud people could play outside and pretend like they don't live here and make messes. Grayson is a pogo pro and we love to color with chalk!
I'm so grateful for how smoothly things have been moving! We are so excited to visit Tyler next week and hopefully find a home! I'll be flying with the kids by myself. This is their first flight and they are excited! Here's to April!

Until next time...
